M\u00cdNIMOS GENERAL Y PROFESIONALES PARA 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado 18 de diciembre de 2015 se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) los salarios m\u00ednimos generales y profesionales para 2016 aprobado por el consejo de Representantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Salarios M\u00ednimos (CONASAMI) y la Secretaria de Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social quedando de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Para fines de aplicaci\u00f3n de los salarios m\u00ednimos en la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana habr\u00e1 una sola \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica integrada por todos los municipios del pa\u00eds y demarcaciones territoriales (Delegaciones) del Distrito Federal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>El salario m\u00ednimo tendr\u00e1 vigencia a partir del 01 de enero de 2016 como cantidad m\u00ednima que deben recibir en efectivo los trabajadores por jornada ordinaria de trabajo, ser\u00e1 de $73.04 pesos diarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Las definiciones y descripciones de actividades de las profesiones y trabajos especiales ser\u00e1n las que figuran en la Resoluci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta Comisi\u00f3n publicada en el DOF el 18 de diciembre de 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los salario m\u00ednimos profesionales que tendr\u00e1n vigencia a partir del 01 de enero de 2016, para las profesiones, oficios y trabajos especiales como cantidad m\u00ednima que deben recibir en efectivo los trabajadores por jornada
